In this interactive workshop kids will learn
the basics of cartooning.
Starting with the most important part of expressions - the EYES. Moving to putting faces together,
learning how to draw hand movements and then developing characters.
Including time at the end for a quick and fun caricature of a teacher.
2. CARDYTOONS CARTOON WORKSHOP 2.0
This workshop is a follow up session where kids explore different cartooning styles.
How to draw actions and motion. How to draw animals and other objects into the scene.*
3. CARDYTOONS COMIC WORKSHOP
This comic strips workshop will get the kids developing their own fun comics.
A great idea for students to work on a school project or presentation.*
4. CARDYTOONS CARICATURE WORKSHOP
By the end of this session students will be drawing caricatures of our 'Pollies' or other famous people. They will have an understanding of what to look for in a person's features to turn them into a caricature.*
5. CARDYTOONS ANIMATION WORKSHOP
This is a specialty workshop working with 2D animation or Stop Motion / Claymation.
This is designed for groups of up to 25 students. It can be run as a once off hands-on intro
or over the course of time (Cardy can work as an "artist in residence").
Creating animation is a fantastic way to see the students at work.**
